Colleen, along with her husband Craig, undertakes market appraisals and will offer frank advice on how to optimise the sale value of your property. Colleen is also responsible for the sales team.
Craig is predominantly responsible for undertaking market appraisals. Coming from an equestrian and farming background and a native of the three counties, Craig has an abundance of knowledge in this area. A general love of architecture and straight talking ensures that Craig will always give you an accurate and fair figure for your property.
Petra is Personal Assistant to Colleen Hayes and works directly with her on a day-to-day basis dealing with all agreed sales to ensure all parties are always kept abreast as to the progression of their sale from the point of agreement through to completion.
Clementine is Personal Assistant to Craig Coldicott and works alongside him dealing with clients wishing to market their property with Hayes. Clementine is responsible for alll marketing literature to maintain our high standards of presentation and maximum impact within both the local and international media.
Janet manages our growing portfolio of managed properties, ensuring the smooth running and support of each property. Her duties include liaising with landlords, tenants and contractors. She works to ARLA best practice.
Elena's blend of disparate skills, including her customer care, passion for properties and ability to 'think outside of the box' has ensured her place at the heart of Hayes. Her ever-expanding duties include progressing 'under offer' properties through to completion.
Phillip impresses us with his passion for customer service, his dedication and good old fashioned hard work. A native of Herefordshire, he has a love of the area and a genuine desire to find you the 'right property'.
We believe that Rebecca is the most pro-active Lettings Manager in the area. Her drive, ambition and work rate ensure that we let properties day-in, day-out. Due to Rebecca's drive, our landlords typically find that their properties are rarely empty, thus maximising their return.
Helen deals with the front end of our Lettings Department, working closely with her Manager, Janet Weston, to ensure a seamless transition on all transactions, whether this is a Market Appraisal, or placing the correct tenant in the correct property. Helen has worked in the industry for a number of years and is a fully qualified ARLA Member.
Offering unrivalled customer service and an almost uncanny prescience in matching the right property to the right applicant, Sue specialises in properties above £1 million, many of which are marketed and sold on 'a low-key' basis. An in-depth knowledge of her clients ensures her success.
