The Process
Tenancy Deposit Scheme (TDS)
We protect your deposit through the Tenancy Deposit Scheme run by The Dispute Service. This ensures that if a dispute should arise between the landlord and tenant, this dispute will be settled by an experienced independent body, working within defined time frames.
